Fitness Classes

Try something new! Try one of our Group Fit classes. We offer over 20 classes throughout the week. If it’s high energy or a relaxing session of yoga, we have you covered. Why not try one of our spin classes if you want to increase you heart rate even further!

Fit Happens

Attention will be given to increase functional strength using free weights, tubing, mats and balls. All levels are welcome!

Motiv Performance

This full body strength class is a dynamic circuit set up with stations incorporating a variety of body weight exercises and equipment such as weighted sleds, Airdyne bike, plyo boxes and medicine balls. Stations will be timed so you can go at your own pace and challenge yourself as much as you want.

Pump up the Volume

This 60-minute class will be done using low weights and high reps to increase your strength throughout this painfully pumpin’ class!

Oh My Quad

Everyone loves leg day! This lower body class is designed to make you sweat and push your limits of strength and endurance!

Body Shox

This class is designed as a doubleheader with Hell On Wheels but you can opt out of the pre cardio in the spin room and still reap the benefits of this incredible strength and conditioning class.

Motiv Shred

Perfect for all levels, designed to help build endurance, define muscles and increase your level of fitness. Men and ladies welcome. This class will have you looking and feeling great!

Motiv Circuit

This full body strength class is a dynamic circuit set up with stations incorporating a variety of body weight exercises and equipment such as battle rope, weights and water rowers. Stations will be timed so you can go at your own pace and challenge yourself as much as you want.

Motiv Strength

A full body high intensity workout combining weight bearing exercises with cardio and body weight exercises to sculpt and strengthen.This high intensity circuit has short rest periods to make for a tough effective full body workout every time.

Spin

Cycle and Pump

A 45-minute lunchtime cycling class that gives you a solid 30 minute cardio workout on the bike and a 15 minute arm burn
with the resistance bands or hand weights for a full body workout. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to set up your bike. Limited to 21 participants.

Motiv Cycle

A 45-minute heart pounding class that takes you cycling through the hills with the wind on your face. Participants can work at their own pace and intensity. Please bring water and arrive 5-10 minutes before class to set up your bike. Limited to 21 participants.

Yoga

Yoga-Restorative

A gentle yoga focusing on the healing and restorative aspects of yoga. Great for beginners, people who train and do not stretch or high-stress individuals. This class is designed to reduce physical and mental stress. This class is for everyone!

Power Yoga

This all levels class will not only increase your flexibility but also help to strengthen and tone muscles, improve balance and develop a mind-body connection. Power yoga includes transitions between challenging postures designed to make you sweat while learning to

focus the mind. Each class will end with a peaceful savasana to leave you feeling relaxed.
