Try something new! Try one of our Group Fit classes. We offer over 20 classes throughout the week. If it’s high energy or a relaxing session of yoga, we have you covered. Why not try one of our spin classes if you want to increase you heart rate even further!

Fit Happens

Attention will be given to increase functional strength using free weights, tubing, mats and balls. All levels are welcome!

Want to try something new to add to your fitness routine? Try this performance-based circuit training to take your fitness to another level!

NEW – Oh My Quad

Everyone loves leg day! This lower body class is designed to make you sweat and push your limits of strength and endurance!

Body Power

This full body barbell class will burn calories and help you gain strength. Body Power is for all ages and fitness levels to help you develop lean athletic muscle in a fun and motivating environment! Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up equipment. Lightweight lifting gloves recommended for class.

Pump up the Volume

This 60-minute class will be done using low weights and high reps to increase your strength throughout this painfully pumpin’ class!


X-Fit is a strength and conditioning class built on varied functional movements executed at high intensity. A strong conditioning base is highly recommended. (Participants should arrive 15 mins prior to class to warm up).


The toughest workout you will ever love. Kettlebell exercises are whole-body exercises requiring full body integration and core stabilization.

NEW – Body Shox

This class is designed as a doubleheader with Hell On Wheels but you can opt out of the pre cardio in the spin room and still reap the benefits of this incredible strength and conditioning class.

NEW – Short Circuit

An evening EXPRESS class designed to target the entire body and increase your cardiovascular level; fast and furious!

Buns N Guns/Abs

A class designed to hit your upper body and lower body with strength exercises/intervals. At 12:30 the class switches to JUST ABS and the door will open to allow those who just want a good ab workout to attend the last 15 minutes.

Fall Shred

Perfect for all levels, designed to help build endurance, define muscles and increase your level of fitness. Men and ladies welcome. This class will have you looking and feeling great!

NEW – Nia

Nia is a unique blending of the fluidity and focus of Tai Chi and yoga, the grace and spontaneity of modern dance, and the energy and explosiveness of martial arts, NIA boosts both physical and emotional well-being. Nia is non-impact and adaptable to individual needs and abilities.


Rush Ride

A 35-minute lunchtime cycling class that gives you a solid workout for those pressed for time! Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to set up your bike. Limited to 21 participants.

Rip & Ride/Pedal Pushers

A 45-minute class that takes you cycling through the hills with the wind on your face. Participants can work at their own pace and intensity.  Please bring water and arrive 5-10 minutes before class to set up your bike. Limited to 21 participants.

NEW – Hell on Wheels

This mid-week doubleheader starts off in the spin room with Hell on Wheels, a non-stop heart-pounding party on a spin bike. Finish off your workout with BODY SHOX in the group fit room to help your body get past the plateaus and reach new levels.



A gentle yoga focusing on the healing and restorative aspects of yoga. Great for beginners, people who train and do not stretch or high-stress individuals. This class is designed to reduce physical and mental stress. This class is for everyone!
