Motiv Gift Cards are perfect for any occassion and can be used for all Motiv Fitness services including gym memberships, supplements, apparel and massage. Available in all denominations, you can purchase your gift card at the Motiv Fitness front desk.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. MOTIV FITNESS GIFT CARDS

The following provisions govern the offering of Gift Cards (as defined below) by Motiv Fitness and are an integral part of the Motiv Fitness Terms and Conditions.

1.1 Purchasing Gift Cards.

Motiv Fitness offers gift cards (“Gift Cards”) that can be purchased and redeemed Motiv Fitness, New Minas. Purchasing or redeeming Gift Cards constitutes acceptance of theMotiv Fitness Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Redeeming Gift Cards.

Gift Cards may only be redeemed through Motiv Fitness, New Minas and may not be redeemed towards previous purchases. Every purchase made with a Gift Card is deducted from the Gift Card balance and any unused Gift Card balance will remain on the Gift Card account. If any purchase exceeds the Gift Card account, the balance must be paid with a credit card or any other payment method accepted by Motiv Fitness.

1.3 Restrictions.

Except to the extent required by applicable law, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or checks and Gift Card balances cannot be transferred to credit card accounts or accounts of other means of payment. If applicable law requires Motiv Fitness to redeem Gift Cards for cash, check, or other means of payment, Motiv Fitness reserves the right to select any of the foregoing at its discretion. Gift Cards can only be redeemed for purchases in the Canadian Dollars.Motiv Fitness reserves the right to reject the redemption of Gift Cards and request alternative forms of payment, terminate the respective Account, and take legal actions, if Motiv Fitness reasonably believes that Gift Cards or are abused or used or obtained fraudulently.

1.4 Risk of Loss.

The title and risk of loss for Gift Cards passes upon physical or electronic transmission of the Gift Card by Motiv Fitness to the purchaser of the Gift Card. Motiv Fitness has no obligation to replace lost or stolen Cards, but you can report lost or stolen Cards by contacting Motiv Fitness.

1.5 Expiration date or fees.

Gift Cards have no expiration date and Motiv Fitness charges no fee in connection with the purchase or redemption of Gift Cards.

1.6 Limitation of Liability.

GIFT CARDS ARE PROVIDED BY MOTIV FITNESS FREE OF ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

You may have other or additional rights in connection with your purchase or redemption of Gift Cards under the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which you reside and nothing in this Section restricts such rights you may have.
